You will want to speak with your league director about this. We are trying to get better at preserving information about players between seasons, however, we are not perfect. Sometimes players have played in a season, and the subsequent season the information is newly entered from your registration sheets, which are not *always* legible, are they? :) Please bear with us as we make these sites better, for now, get in touch with the appropriate league director and have them contact the webmaster for this.

Not a problem! There is a feature now on the login page itself, where you can enter in your e-mail address (or username) and your password will be reset. It gets reset by the system, and an e-mail is sent out to the e-mail address on record with a link to reset the password to one of your choosing. Go for it!

Ok, there are 2 things that you can try before going to your league director for help. Firstly, go through the "Forget password" form on the login page, and have your password reset. There is always a chance that your username/password don't work because of some quirky site/database issue. If this doesn't work, make sure that your web browser is set to accept cookies. The league sites operate by saving a cookie to your local hard drive as a login token... if cookies are not saved by your browser because of your security settings, then it will appear that logging into the site does not work. If both of these fail, we are sorry. :( You will need to follow up with the league director about the login problem, and he will follow up with the webmaster. Be as specific as you can as to what you are seeing (failure messages, etc) as that can help speed up fixing the problem.

This can happen when your e-mail is not on file with the league director. Please contact the league director and give him your e-mail address, then attempt the reset again.

Not by default it doesn't. You can always go into each of the sites and have your password reset to be the same password. Your username should end up being the same on both sites, since it is based on your name, but there can arise conflicts with people having similar names, so if you really want the same username, speak with your league director. However, there is currently no single sign-on available for the websites. If you log into the team 8-ball site, and wish to log into the individual 9-ball site, you will be prompted to log into the 9-ball site even though you have an active session with the team 8-ball site.

This is partly answered above. Only players with e-mail addresses on file get e-mailed automatically. There could be a few different reasons for this; even if you had your information on file from the previous season, there is a small possibility that your information will be re-entered from the information you wrote into your league registration form. Plus, we are in the process of upgrading the system such that if you already have a login, and you enroll for a new season, you will not need to create a new password for the new season. Either way, get in touch with your league director to enquire about access.

Well, this is mostly because there is only one code monkey working on it, and he doesn't work on it full time. However, we can always use words of encouragement and any suggestions/comments you have on the site. Speak with your league director about it!
